Branch Manager/Commercial Loan Officer: This position requires skills and experience in applicant interviewing, loan structuring, credit analysis, and monitoring credit performance. This person will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships, with a resulting degree of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate would have a bachelor’s degree in finance, business or other related fields. Knowledge of commercial lending with 3-5 years of experience preferred.
Credit Analyst: This person must have the ability to analyze financial statements of individuals and businesses, determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit, and preparing written recommendations for credit approval. This person must have good verbal and written skills to facilitate the credit decision making process. The ideal candidate would be pursuing their degree or recently received their degree in finance, business, or other related areas.
Customer Service Representative (CSR): We are seeking someone who is dependable, motivated and has great communication and computer skills. New Accounts and teller experience preferred. Competitive pay and excellent benefits are offered. Great customer service skills a must, 1 to 2 years teller or banking experience preferred.
Teller (full time): The ideal person for this job is someone that is friendly, outgoing and professional. Responsibilities would be to balance money that is received and dispersed, assist individuals with banking needs and deal with customers in a polite, honest and respectful way. Bilingual Spanish speaking would be beneficial. Experience is preferred but not required.
